Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine supports established fellowship programs that strengthen oncology nursing and oncology nurse navigation. The program emphasizes care coordination, readiness for advanced therapies, health equity, measurable outcomes, and scalable practice improvement across community and academic oncology settings. Fellowships should combine education, experiential learning, and mentorship to develop clinical expertise, leadership, navigation skills, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
