    Description

AENAON Open Call 1 is a cascade-funding competition run and paid by the EU-funded AENAON project through its Financial Support to Third Parties scheme. It supports external organisations in integrating, testing and initially validating cybersecurity capabilities for offshore wind farms and closely related critical-energy infrastructure. Projects should interact with AENAON’s Federated Digital Twin-based Cyber Range Platform, interactive training programme or cybersecurity preparedness services.

Supported work includes offshore-wind-specific threat and vulnerability scenarios, cybersecurity technology integration, operationally relevant pilots, digital-twin and SCADA/OT validation, penetration testing, compliance and resilience methods, training, and action-related dissemination. The call seeks measurable validation evidence, technical feedback and reusable results that improve operational readiness and strengthen cybersecurity across the offshore wind ecosystem.
