Description
The Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium (WSGC) Aerospace Outreach Program supports new or ongoing projects that advance STEM engagement and outreach aligned with NASA Mission Directorates. Funded through NASA’s National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program, it supports space-related research and activities connected to human spaceflight, research and technology, science, or mission support.
Projects should promote STEM literacy and awareness of NASA’s mission, connect formal and informal STEM education providers, and increase interest and participation through community-based programming. The program emphasizes clear, measurable outcomes, pathways into other WSGC programs, and lasting impact. Review priorities include alignment with state and national educational standards, feasible and innovative activities, strong organizational capacity, and evidence-based evaluation.
