Description
The Affordable Housing Assistance Program (AHAP), administered by the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC), provides state tax credits to eligible nonprofit organizations to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing across Missouri. The program assists organizations in leveraging private donations for affordable housing production or for operating assistance, with the goal of addressing housing needs for low- and moderate-income individuals and families throughout the state. AHAP encourages innovative, community-driven projects that enhance access to safe and stable housing.
