The Rising Together Grants, offered by the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, support nonprofit organizations in Allen County and Northeast Indiana with unrestricted operational funding. These grants are designed to advance the Foundation’s “Let’s Rise!” Vision Plan, focusing support on five strategic pillars: Connected Community, Everyone’s Economy, Lifelong Learning, Inspiring Places, and Healthy Mind & Body. Each pillar has a dedicated application window and is intended to foster advocacy, economic mobility, education, vibrant public spaces, and holistic health. Grants are awarded to organizations that demonstrate alignment with these pillars and a commitment to diversity, equity, and positive community transformation.
