Description
The Agricultural Resiliency Against Tariffs Program is a New York State initiative designed to provide direct financial relief to agricultural producers who experienced increased costs and market losses due to federal tariff policies in 2025. With a $30 million appropriation for 2026–2027, the program aims to bolster economic stability for farmers by offsetting losses through structured payments. The program is open to both cow dairy farms and farms producing livestock, livestock products, specialty crops, or aquaculture products, with two distinct application tracks. Eligible farms may apply to both tracks, but the combined payment per legal business entity is capped at $25,000.
