Description
This award enables U.S. scholars to pursue professional projects, research, or a combination of teaching and research in agriculture at the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INIA) in Uruguay. Grantees may advise on research, deliver seminars, participate in cooperative projects, and engage in community and student mentoring. The program is designed to foster professional development and international collaboration, supporting the Fulbright mission of strengthening U.S.-Uruguay relationships. The award is flexible, allowing for multiple short-term stays (Flex option) over two years, and encourages engagement with the host community beyond core academic activities.
