The American Geriatrics Society (AGS), in conjunction with ADGAP, offers this award to recognize the significant contributions of Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Coordinators to education and training at their institutions. The award honors coordinators who manage a fellowship’s day-to-day activities while contributing to broader geriatric medical education initiatives. It emphasizes educational improvements, superior management, leadership, professionalism, and communication among coordinators, program directors, and trainees.
