Description

This European Commission Horizon Innovation Action supports the development, testing, validation, and piloting of cost-effective AI-based solutions that leverage diverse, reliable knowledge sources and multimodal data—such as text, images, audio, and video—to provide tailored, impartial, and effective advice to farmers, foresters, and their advisors across Europe. The initiative aims to increase the capacity and skills of these stakeholders in using AI tools, promote the use and interoperability of curated datasets, and ensure broad dissemination and uptake of results. Proposals should involve end-users in co-development and testing, integrate social sciences and humanities expertise, and build synergies with other EU-funded projects and digital strategies. Ultimately, the goal is to support the competitiveness, sustainability, and resilience of EU agriculture and forestry through innovative digital and governance solutions aligned with major EU policies and the European Green Deal.
