This grant program, administered by the FACE Foundation in partnership with Villa Albertine, supports collaborative initiatives between France- and U.S.-based artists in contemporary dance. It aims to foster transatlantic artistic exchange by providing funding for both touring and creative projects involving significant collaboration between French and American artists and organizations. Since 2004, the program (formerly FUSED: French-U.S. Exchange in Dance) has supported over 220 projects, investing more than $2 million to promote the diversity and innovation of contemporary dance in both countries.
There are two primary types of grants available:
