Description
Étant donnés / Albertine Visual Arts is a long-running grant program dedicated to strengthening ties between France and the United States in contemporary visual arts. The program supports both creative projects (exhibitions, commissions, festivals) and curatorial research, with an emphasis on introducing living French artists to American audiences and vice versa. Priority is given to projects that foster new partnerships, co-productions, and artistic exchanges, especially those involving new commissions or rarely exhibited artists. The program is administered by the Albertine Foundation and FACE Foundation, with the support of Villa Albertine and several French cultural agencies.
