Description
The Texas Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, part of the Office of the Governor’s Public Safety Office, solicits applications for FY2027 ALERRT Travel Assistance. The opportunity is intended to offset travel costs incurred by law enforcement agencies when they send peace officers to Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) training. It also provides financial assistance for first responders and telecommunicators to attend an active attack integrated response training course.
The Office of the Governor manages applications through its eGrants system. Awards are subject to the availability of appropriated funds and to any modifications or additional requirements imposed by law.
