Description
Alkermes Pathways Research Awards support early-career investigators working to advance understanding of sleep disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar I disorder. Areas of interest include sleep and circadian disturbances associated with schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder, narcolepsy types 1 and 2, and idiopathic hypersomnia.
The program welcomes preclinical, clinical, translational, and epidemiological research. It also considers treatment and patient-centered outcomes, clinical and health economic outcomes using real-world data, and research on continuity of care through telehealth or other technology-based approaches. Projects do not need to involve an Alkermes product.
