This award enables U.S. scholars to spend 9–10 months at participating Cameroonian universities, teaching advanced undergraduate and graduate courses, providing student advising, supervising research, and mentoring faculty. Scholars may also conduct independent research in their area of specialization. The program welcomes projects from all academic disciplines and encourages engagement with the host community via public talks, mentoring, and activities that strengthen international and cross-cultural ties. Priority fields include agriculture, sciences, engineering, humanities, and social sciences, but all disciplines are eligible. The award aims to build academic capacity and foster collaboration between the U.S. and Cameroon.
