    Description

    This award supports U.S. community college faculty and seasoned professionals to teach or conduct a professional project in Slovakia for 3 to 5 months. Scholars may propose teaching undergraduate or graduate courses, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum or program development, or pursuing professional projects focused on education, training, or capacity-building. The program aims to foster academic exchange and collaboration between the U.S. and Slovakia, promoting mutual understanding and professional growth. Scholars are encouraged to engage with host institutions and the wider community through public talks, workshops, and outreach activities. The award is administered by the J. William Fulbright Commission for Educational Exchange in the Slovak Republic with support from both Slovak and U.S. governments.
