The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program (All Disciplines – Egypt) offers U.S. citizens the opportunity to teach, conduct research, or combine both activities at Egyptian public or private universities and research institutions. Projects are welcomed in any academic field, and scholars can tailor their activities to include classroom teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, faculty consultation, and independent research. The program is designed to promote academic collaboration and mutual understanding between the United States and Egypt, with scholars expected to contribute to the host community through public talks, seminars, and workshops. Robust institutional support is provided, including assistance with affiliation, travel, housing, and arrival logistics.
