Description
This opportunity offers U.S. citizens the chance to undertake teaching, research, or professional projects in Nepal through affiliations with local universities and institutions. The program welcomes proposals from all disciplines and career stages (artists, mid-career and senior academics, professionals), with the aim of fostering professional development, academic collaboration, and cultural exchange between the U.S. and Nepal. Scholars may teach undergraduate or graduate courses, conduct independent or collaborative research, or engage in professional/artistic projects. The program emphasizes building relationships between U.S. and Nepali institutions and communities, with grantees encouraged to participate in public talks, mentoring, and community engagement.
