Description
The Fulbright Scholar Program’s Czech postdoctoral award supports original research across all disciplines at Czech public universities and research institutions of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Fellows pursue projects of their choosing, publish findings, and develop research networks. Activities may combine research with undergraduate or graduate teaching, student advising, and mentoring. Host institutions may also request lectures.
Administered with the Czech Fulbright Commission, the award promotes international understanding and cooperation alongside academic exchange. Scholars may give public talks and engage with their host communities. The Czech program encourages new research cooperation and lasting institutional relationships, with special consideration for U.S.-focused studies, curriculum development, and program innovation.
