    Description

    This award provides U.S. scholars with the opportunity to engage in teaching, research, or a combination of both at any appropriate institution in Hungary. Scholars may teach undergraduate or graduate courses, conduct independent or collaborative research (preferably with Hungarian colleagues), and participate in academic community activities such as advising students, curriculum development, and outreach. The program aims to strengthen academic ties and cultural understanding between the United States and Hungary, supporting the Fulbright mission. Flexibility is offered for research projects, including the option for multiple short-term stays over two years. Special STEM collaborations are available through the HUN-REN Hungarian Research Network.
