Description
This award supports U.S. scholars in any discipline to undertake teaching, research, or a combination of both at Hungarian institutions. Scholars may teach undergraduate or graduate courses, conduct independent or collaborative research, or combine these activities. Engagement with the host institution and local community is encouraged, including mentoring, curriculum development, faculty training, and giving guest lectures. Special opportunities exist for STEM researchers through partnerships with the HUN-REN Hungarian Research Network. The program emphasizes academic exchange, international understanding, and professional development for both the grantee and the Hungarian academic community.
