    Description

    This prestigious award provides U.S. academics, professionals, and artists the opportunity to spend six or ten months in Uganda, engaging in teaching, research, or professional/creative projects at universities, research centers, museums, or other relevant organizations. Scholars may propose their own host institution and projects in any discipline. Activities may include teaching undergraduate or graduate courses, curriculum development, mentoring, collaborating on research, or executing projects in the creative arts, technology, and innovation. Engagement with the local community through talks, mentoring, and outreach is encouraged to advance the Fulbright mission of international understanding.
