The Allianz Foundation Fellowship Program enables not-for-profit organizations in the United States and Canada to create immersive, mentored learning experiences for young people (ages 16–25, including high school/GED-aged youth). The program aims to develop social consciousness and leadership skills by engaging participants in meaningful projects within the not-for-profit sector, guided by structured mentoring and hands-on learning. Each fellowship site receives a $10,000 grant to support stipends for Fellows and costs associated with delivering intensive, well-guided learning opportunities. Organizations are expected to provide weekly mentoring, ongoing support, and facilitate an in-depth learning project for each Fellow.
