The Allianz Foundation for North America Grant Program funds not-for-profit organizations that create or significantly expand (by at least 50%) personal and professional growth opportunities for youth ages 16–25. The program is designed to empower high school/GED-aged teenagers and young adults to become successful, self-reliant, and socially conscious members of society. Projects must be based in or serve youth in specific North American cities where Allianz has a presence. The Foundation also encourages networking among grantees to maximize collective social impact.
