Description
The Alzheimer’s Association Research Fellowship for All (AARFA) supports postdoctoral researchers who have completed doctoral training and are conducting Alzheimer’s or dementia-related research under established investigators. The fellowship combines research and mentoring to help early-career scientists transition toward independent research careers.
The program welcomes basic science, translational studies, clinical research, and psychosocial investigations. Topics may include disease mechanisms, biomarkers, therapeutic targets, epidemiology, neuroimaging, care interventions, and health equity. The Association emphasizes mentoring and diverse perspectives as ways to address scientific gaps in Alzheimer’s and all dementias. Researchers from underrepresented groups and low- and middle-income countries are encouraged to apply.
