--- ## Description The American Postdoctoral Research Leave Fellowship, offered by the American Association of University Women (AAUW), provides funding for women in academia to pursue independent research over a one-year period. The fellowship aims to increase the number of women in tenure-track faculty positions and advance gender equity in higher education.
