Description
American Councils for International Education promotes higher education at American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) through its Centers in Russia and Eurasia. Its support reflects a commitment to the American-style pedagogy taught at AUBG. American Councils provides funding and resources to bring professors, deans, alumni, and coordinators to its Centers and EducationUSA Fairs, connecting prospective students with university representatives.
These visits help students learn about AUBG’s services, ask staff questions, network with current and former students, and stay informed about changing higher education opportunities in Eurasia. The opportunity serves international undergraduate and graduate students. Alongside outreach, American Councils Centers in seven countries administer and proctor the standardized testing required to apply to AUBG.
