    Description

    The Amgen Scholars Program at Caltech offers visiting undergraduate students a 10-week immersive research experience in biology, chemistry, and biotechnology-related fields. Participants conduct hands-on research under the mentorship of leading Caltech faculty, engage in scientific seminars and professional development workshops, and take part in networking and social activities. The program is designed to prepare students for advanced degrees (Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D.) and research careers in science and biotechnology. Scholars are fully integrated into the Caltech research community and present their findings at a concluding symposium.
