Description
The Community Impact Grants program, administered by the Community Foundation of Jackson County and its regional partners, provides funding to nonprofit organizations to address critical needs, foster collaboration, and enhance the sense of belonging within communities. The grants focus on supporting innovative projects, capacity-building, and initiatives that improve the lives of residents in Clayton, Clinton, and Dubuque counties, Iowa.
