Description
The Andrew Bryan Farnen Fund for Gifted and Talented Youth is administered by the Community Foundation of Washington County MD. The fund makes an annual grant in memory of Andrew, who loved both the arts and sciences and particularly excelled in mathematics.
The fund helps students explore their own passions by supporting access to educational resources and experiences. Supported purchases include musical instruments, art supplies, computers, books, and other educational materials. Its support also extends to experiences that help students pursue their interests, rather than focusing on a single subject or type of purchase.
