    Description

The Anne Sleep Award is administered by The Linnean Society of London and was established by Mrs Ivy Sleep in fulfilment of the wishes of her daughter, Dr Anne Sleep FLS. It assists one or more scholars conducting biological research in the Middle or Far East, or scholars from those regions pursuing their own biological research in the UK.

The award supports clearly circumscribed projects that are achievable within defined time limits. Proposals should set out well-focused aims and objectives, specific outputs and a realistic budget. Projects demonstrating collaboration with other individuals and organisations are favoured.
