Description
The AO EI Fellowship in Medical Education Research, sponsored by the AO Foundation, offers selected fellows the opportunity to conduct research in postgraduate surgical education with a focus on continuous professional development (CPD) for surgeons. The fellowship aims to foster innovation and strengthen the evidence base in medical education, ultimately improving surgical performance and patient outcomes. Fellows receive individualized research experiences, including regular meetings with AO Education Institute research managers for progress updates and tailored feedback.
