Description
The AO Trauma NA Trauma and Fracture Care Preceptorship, administered by AO North America, provides targeted training for practicing North American certified orthopedic surgeons. Training takes place at an approved AO Center or with an AO NA member, with the aim of improving or refining the participant’s skills in fracture care.
The applicant works with a preceptor to design a program around their specific needs and objectives. This is a training-focused preceptorship rather than a research project award. The proposed experience must be approved by the preceptor before it is submitted to AO North America for final approval.
