Description
The APA/APAF Leadership Fellowship is a two-year program designed to develop future leaders in organized psychiatry. Fellows gain access to national thought leaders, participate in APA governance, and receive mentorship, leadership training, and support to attend key APA meetings and workshops. The program emphasizes professional growth, peer relationships, and active engagement in the governance and organizational structure of the American Psychiatric Association and its Foundation. Graduates of the fellowship often move into prominent leadership roles within psychiatry.
