Global Affairs Canada (GAC) invites organizations to submit unsolicited concept notes for international development projects that align with its Feminist International Assistance Policy and program priorities. Concept notes are reviewed for alignment with GAC priorities such as gender equality, human rights, environmental sustainability, inclusive governance, and economic growth that works for everyone. If a concept note is of interest, the applicant may be invited to submit a full proposal.
