The Association of Print Scholars (APS) Travel Grant helps scholars share research on printmaking and printmaking history at the College Art Association Annual Conference and the Renaissance Society of America Annual Meeting. APS alternates the award between these conferences each year, aiming to increase access to participation and promote innovative approaches to printmaking.
The 2026 grant supports one scholar presenting an accepted paper at the 2027 RSA Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. APS is especially committed to supporting graduate students, adjunct lecturers, and emerging or independent scholars with limited institutional resources. Award decisions consider the intellectual merit of the paper and the applicant’s financial need, with preference given to first-time presenters.
