The U.S.-Arab Frontiers of Science, Engineering, and Medicine program convenes early-career scientists, engineers, and medical professionals from the United States and 22 Arab countries for a three-day symposium. The event is designed to promote scientific exchange, foster new international collaborations, and address research areas of regional and global significance, such as water security, renewable energy, food security, sustainability, computational methodologies, sensing technologies, metabolism–immunity interactions, and the new space frontier. The program builds a strong alumni network, offers opportunities for follow-on seed grants, and supports ongoing engagement to advance research capacity and international partnerships.
