Description
The Arkansas Full Table Fund is administered by Arkansas Community Foundation to help every Arkansan get the food they need. Developed following statewide community conversations and focus groups in 2025, the initiative supports sustainable solutions addressing policy and systems change rather than food provision alone. Support comes from Walmart.org, Tyson Foods, and Cargill.
Three funding streams address complementary needs: Advocate expands access to nutrition assistance programs; Strengthen improves the capacity, infrastructure, and coordination of the charitable food system; and Innovate tests community-driven approaches to healthy food access and household resilience. The program begins with pilot funding to implement projects, evaluate feasibility, and demonstrate proof of concept. Selected pilot grantees may receive follow-on funding to build on their findings and extend their work.
