Description
The ARRT Professional Education and Growth Grant is offered through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists Foundation and funded by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. It supports active ASRT affiliates by providing professional development reimbursements to at least one recipient per affiliate each year. Support covers continuing education, educational conferences and ARRT primary or postprimary certification exams, as well as eligible membership dues.
The program emphasizes education as the first element of ARRT’s Equation for Excellence: education, ethics and examination. It recognizes education’s role in earning certification and maintaining current knowledge and skills throughout a career in an evolving health care industry. This work aligns with the Foundation’s mission to empower medical imaging and radiation therapy students and professionals to positively impact patients.
