Key Information: Every project must include an advertised, publicly accessible community component.
The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) supports arts experiences that enhance existing arts curricula in educational facilities throughout Region 7E. Artistic excellence is the program’s standard. Funding supports artist residencies, arts-related field trips, and special arts events or projects that supplement, rather than replace, school arts programming.
Projects may serve K–12 and community college students, entire grades, or groups such as drama clubs, art classes, and gifted and talented students. Community Education programming for all ages is also supported. Every project must involve the wider community through a public component, such as an exhibition, performance, demonstration, discussion, or shared field-trip experience. Proposals must identify intended participants, expected arts-learning outcomes, and how results will be evaluated.
