The Art & Science Exchange (ASE) at William & Mary supports collaborations that bring art and science into conversation. Its Innovation Award honors a promising interdisciplinary initiative proposed through the Mid-Level Academic Leadership Program’s pitch presentation track. ASE seeks work that connects researchers across William & Mary’s schools and with the wider intellectual community, developing knowledge for the public good.
Selected initiatives should align with ASE’s mission and advance institutional priorities in innovation, cross-campus collaboration and university-wide impact. The award recognizes leadership in action and supports approaches that could become scalable models of institutional transformation. The ASE director determines the recipient.
