The Arthur R. Frechette Research Awards in Prosthodontics honor new investigators for exceptional original research in the field of prosthodontics. Sponsored by the Prosthodontics Group of the International Association for Dental Oral and Craniofacial Research (IADR) and supported by the Whip Mix Corporation, these awards are presented in two categories: Materials Science or Bioengineering, and Biological Sciences and Tissue Engineering. The process involves abstract submission, evaluation for originality and scientific merit, followed by manuscript submission and an oral presentation at the IADR General Session & Exhibition. Winners are recognized at the Prosthodontics Research Group Business Meeting.
