--- ## Description The Artist Creative Practice Grant, offered by South Arts, provides funding to individual artists in the South Arts region for milestone professional development opportunities that are likely to lead to significant career advancement. The grant is intended to help artists overcome financial barriers to activities such as residencies, apprenticeships, conferences, research, business development, and opportunities to present or exhibit work. Applicants must clearly articulate the proposed activity's importance and impact on their artistic trajectory and demonstrate artistic merit through work samples.
