Description
Artist Entrepreneurial Grants from the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts support opportunities that advance individual artists’ careers and small businesses. The program recognizes the creative workforce’s importance to New Hampshire’s economy and funds activities that develop business skills, improve the quality of an artist’s work, or bring that work to wider markets.
Examples include professional development training and non-degree classes, significant invitations to present work to new audiences, and development of promotional materials such as websites, e-commerce sites, digital portfolios, and printed materials. An opportunity may have a public component, such as a performance or exhibition, but one is not required.
