This program provides up to $4,000 to individual artists from underrepresented communities—including Black, Indigenous, People of Color, people with disabilities, those age 65 and older, military veterans, and LGBTQIA2+ individuals—who reside in the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council (ARAC) service region of Minnesota. The funding supports projects that promote artistic growth, including the creation, performance, exhibition, or publication of works, as well as professional development.
