Description
The Artist Growth Grants program, administered by the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council with support from the McKnight Foundation, provides funding of up to $4,000 for artists at any career stage to pursue projects that advance their skills, artistic practice, and professional growth. The grant is intended to foster development, expand artistic audiences, and increase artists' ability to live and work in the Southwest Minnesota region. Eligible projects include creating new work, attending workshops or conferences, working with mentors, purchasing supplies or equipment, website or portfolio development, and other activities that support artistic and career advancement.
