Description
Artists at the Center is a multi-year collaboration between the Seattle Office of Arts and Culture and Seattle Center, supported by the Uptown Arts & Culture Coalition and communities near the campus. A 10-year grant from Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken makes the program possible. It presents pop-up performances throughout the year, giving emerging and established artists opportunities to share their work, connect with audiences and advance their careers.
The program includes music, dance, theater, demonstrations and multidisciplinary work. Artists are selected with an equity and social justice lens that seeks equitable representation for underserved and emerging artists.
