The Artist’s Resource Trust (A.R.T.) Fund provides grants to mid-career visual artists who have demonstrated a substantial commitment to their artistic practice and exhibit high-quality work. Established in 1996, the fund is dedicated to supporting artists living in New England (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT) or in Columbia or Northeast Dutchess Counties, NY. The primary selection criteria are the excellence of the artist's work, as evaluated by a jury, and verified financial need. Grants are intended to help artists enhance their creative practice and may be used for a wide range of expenses, including supplies, materials, equipment, rent, travel, or residencies.
