Description
The Ohio Arts Council’s Artists with Disabilities Access Program supports the artistic development of individual creative and performing artists with disabilities. It aims to help artists strengthen their practices and build careers while contributing to more accessible, inclusive arts communities across Ohio.
Awards can help artists introduce work to new audiences through exhibitions, performances, publications, or screenings. They can also support learning through conferences, residencies, workshops, fellowships, master classes, or apprenticeships. Career-development uses include marketing materials, website development, equipment, materials, services, and equipment or facility rentals. Projects must pursue a new professional endeavor rather than duplicate previous work or experiences.
