Arts Access Grants
The Delaware Arts Access Grant supports organizations presenting arts projects that expand access, engage underserved audiences, and celebrate local culture through performances, exhibitions, and workshops.
Funder: Delaware Division of the Arts
Due Dates: Rolling (apply at least 6 weeks before project start; until funds are depleted for the fiscal year)
Funding Amounts: Up to $1,250 (max 80% of eligible expenses); typically supports small project-based arts programs; max two awards per organization per fiscal year.
Summary: Supports Delaware organizations in presenting performing, visual, literary, media, or folk arts, especially those not eligible for other Division grants, to broaden arts access and engagement.

Description
Arts Access Grants are designed to increase access to the arts across Delaware by supporting organizations that present performing, visual, literary, media, or folk arts projects. These grants are particularly intended for organizations that offer occasional arts programs or do not qualify for the Division’s General Operating Support or Project Support grants. The program encourages projects that reach underserved audiences, foster community collaborations, support lifelong learning in the arts, promote new works, and celebrate local culture and artistic traditions. Eligible projects include public performances, exhibitions, workshops, and other initiatives that expand community access to quality arts programming.
