Description
This grant program, offered by the California Arts Council, is designed to expand access to meaningful, culturally responsive arts experiences for infants, children, and youth ages 0–25 throughout California. The initiative aims to help youth develop self-awareness, strengthen community ties, and foster understanding across diverse histories and cultures by supporting projects that address barriers to arts participation—such as socioeconomic status, geographic isolation, gender identity, racial or cultural identity, disability, and the digital divide.
