Description
Arts Education is a pilot program of the Minnesota State Arts Board supporting learning experiences for Minnesotans of all ages and abilities. Its focus is on helping participants develop creativity and artistic skills through learning an art form, while building a personal relationship with the arts.
Project grants support age-appropriate classes, workshops, camps, after-school programs, arts field trips, and online education programs. Supported activities also include arts education in community settings, school residencies, school partnerships, and other programs centered on learning an art form. Both individuals and organizations may apply to provide these experiences.
